Co-founder @ Taskforce

Ruben worked at three agencies in the north of the Netherlands before going freelance, and his portfolio was full within two or three months. He then co-founded Taskforce, a collective of senior Google Ads Specialists that had grown to 15 people when we recorded this, working mostly with ecom brands. He's been sharing advanced Google Ads tips on LinkedIn for years.

What you'll learn

  • Stay true to your brandOne brand skipped Black Friday and still grew. Another got so used to discounting that it now needs 40 to 50% off to sell anything. If big discounts don't fit your brand, add goodies or a maintenance contract to your offer instead.
  • Know your break-even ROAS before the saleCalculate your break-even ROAS with the discount included. Ruben has seen accounts go way below break-even during Black Friday, and that cost the client a lot of money.
  • Start the conversation in SeptemberRuben emails clients in September to plan a Q4 meeting, with the agenda up front. He asks about budget, margins and inventory levels, so he can plan bundles and the right campaigns.
  • Prepare the account weeks aheadAdd new products to your feed at least two weeks before the sale, so you have time to fix disapprovals. Build new asset groups in advance and switch them on with automated rules, so they're already approved when the sale starts.
  • Don't put everything on one product and one campaignA thermostat client's super deal didn't work running only in pMax, partly because they started too late. A standard Shopping campaign as a fallback and other channels would have helped.

About this episode

Black Friday isn’t what it used to be for a lot of ecom brands.

Costs are rising, margins are getting smaller, and more clients are asking if they should even take part.

Ruben Runneboom runs Taskforce, a collective of senior Google Ads Specialists working mostly with ecom brands, so he sees this across a lot of accounts.

In this episode, we go through:

  • How the sentiment around Black Friday has changed
  • Why discounting once can mean discounting forever
  • What to ask your clients before Q4, and when
  • What to prepare in the account weeks before the sale
  • The biggest Black Friday mistakes he sees in accounts

We also talk about something that doesn’t get discussed enough: the stress of Q4, and how to stop taking your results so personally.

00:01all right so welcome back to the PPC Mastery podcast today I have another special guest for you um this man who I'm talking to right now is one of the in my opinion smartest Minds in PBC in the Netherlands I don't know for some reason we have a lot but he's definitely one of them um this Ruben Runneboom he's been sharing a lot of useful tips and tricks on LinkedIn for many years when I started posting my U my content a couple of years ago I remember that you Ru you were also one of the people that was also doing doing it back then which wasn't a lot of people um so it's been really cool seeing your growth and and it's my pleasure to have you have you on here on the PBC Mastery podcast um and I know that you initially worked as a as a freelancer we have pretty similar backgrounds from working at an agency to then freelancing and then starting something else after that and I think it was about a year ago or so maybe a little bit more that you switched to building actually building an agency Taskforce agency um so before we dive into today we want to talk about you know Black Friday tips and and and tips and tricks for your Google Ads results before we do that I would like to ask you how has that transition been from you know freelancing to now building an agency and why did you decide to to do that and how yeah how has that been for you so far oh thank you for the great introduction uh that means a lot to me um but yeah very uh pleased to be here and if if yeah if I can directly dive into your question I think um yes I worked at different agencies as well and

01:40this case in the north of Netherlands I think in three different agencies and basically when I was at the HD um yeah if you work a few years over there and the good people are going away uh they are starting for themselves or they are going to an in-house job something that yeah the knowledge within companies yeah didn't spread so basically um I like to learn as well so basically what I did I was try to find new strategies new features on LinkedIn uh that's why I um yeah I know you from that part um but um I think back in the days I had the the the choice to uh go somewhere in house or become a freelancer and yeah basically I spoke to uh to other uh Google I think you know them um but basically they are convincing me to to go freelancing and I yeah I don't have any um regrets to it because yeah my portfolio I think was full within two or three months and yeah basically we take it up from there and basically uh we are um starting yeah I they rent the place out in in Onan in the north Netherlands and um basically we are there with for specialist Google ad specialist in this case and with one of those guys bar and this fall is my partner from Taskforce right now um we noticed that we are getting a lot of uh

03:18questions from leads in this case they um but they they were were too big for a freelancer because when I was a freelancer I don't want to be uh in dependent from one or two major clients and because if they want yeah if they want to go or something like that yeah then you are um yeah they are stuck with uh with no clients so basically what we like to yeah what we like to do is to see how we can we come up with a way that we can serve those leads and um maybe build something was a little bit bigger than ourselves our own hours and that's why we are um yeah thought of fits to like an Collective so basically Taskforce is not a traditional agency but it's more like a freelance Collective uh with yeah only senior aist uh and yeah right now we work for many awesome International client so basically um it's more or less yeah it's a little bit um right now a little bit more client work um basically because we need to run the business of course but um I always try to have uh three or four major clients which I can dive into U to yeah you call it in in Dutch metapos in the clay um saying like get your hands dirty get your hands dirty and staying on top of the latest features and to help our um um our Consultants to become uh the best day they can um which will yeah of

04:57course with the help from my other two part in this Cas basically um yeah it's it's a lot of different but um yes more or less the same as well like the same time you know right right and you've always have you always worked for Ecom clients yourself um I think when I started it was was a mix from leg gen and e-commerce but basically because I have my own e-commerce store back in the day and that's where my passion at so basically I I I I moved to the to the eom part I think five six years ago and yeah I'm stuck there and I I love it so nice yeah I think you are really similar to Bob in in the sense that you are diard Google ad specialist I think that's probably one of the things that you love the most is just nerding out and coming up with new Advanced strategies and tactics right yeah that's that's the the thing where where I'm yeah passionate about I I guess to dive a little bit deeper than our colleagues are do and to see where we can find some competitive ads over the competition in this case and yeah many times you need to deep a little you need to dig deeper and see what what you can achieve within uh the things um that are possible but but yes that's where my passion is yeah yeah for sure so um yeah man let's um let's pivot to Black Friday because the the peak season is coming up it's the uh we're recording now on September 30th which is tomorrow it's October 1st which means that it's officially Q4 um and

06:36it's always crazy how fast how fast it goes right before you know it it's like Black Friday again and then Cyber Monday again Christmas again crazy uh crazy period that is ahead of us and I want to yeah just talk to you about your approach to you know helping your clients get the best possible results so before we dive into the N nitty gritty and everything um this was a great question that Bob just asked you in the session that we did in the BC Hub um about the sentiment around Black Friday for your clients what have you seen in recent years um how the sentiment may have changed maybe some clients are still fully on board with it and just want to go as crazy as possible where other brands are maybe completely the other way around they're like ah we don't want to do as much with Black Friday how's that been in your portfolio in recent years and what do you see today yeah we definitely see a shift in in the sentiment uh in this case um I noticed it's a little bit more uh negative uh in the way because of um the margins of our clients become way less than uh used to be because of all the costs are rising as you know uh not only the the cost of of goods of sold uh but also the handling cost the transportation cost something like that so basically the the margins are less than they had previous years so they can't spend more on um yeah if they can't go get so low with with the price like Black Friday so definitely we look at um yeah the proposition of a client and and strategy of a client some of ours do have a growth strategy and yeah

08:14then we maybe push a little bit harder on the on the Black Friday um Shi period and other clients plus has yeah more um they have buildt a name already they have an steady client base and then we are taking strategy to more to defend the market share um the way uh they could and maybe we can inform the client customers of for clients why they don't want to incorporate of of to to be a part of Black Friday because of uh yeah the ridiculous margins or the the yeah the the consumer um Madness um yeah then they want to to see how we can can change yeah so what's your um your personal recommendation then because some Brands they you know it's always what whatever the brands what the business owners want to do that's obviously like it's their choice whether you want to do a big promotion or not but your opinion as a marketer as a Google ad specialist let's say there is no it depends like you know the clients they will do whatever you say is is wise what is your recommendation like should they do a sale should they not do a sale generally speaking so I think they need to be true to their uh corporate identity and um because if if a big discount not suit your your Stell then you don't need to uh to to incorporate it in your strategy um for example if you're my opinion is is if you can go so low with with the margins or something like that

09:52and you uh then normally you are priced to to uh to high so basically um I think yeah you need to look at your proposition as a company and see if if discounting Sut to a brand or or not and yeah then you can come can go uh from there because um yeah what what we try to do is to to see okay if do we have an steady uh base of of clientele already yeah then we try to uh inform them why we don't um yeah why we don't uh incorporate Black Friday in our strategy and that we are sending uh our proposition and of course yeah then we take some hit from uh the the new clients we miss in that period um but yeah then we have to see how we can turn around later um but yeah I think most important part is to to stay true to your own brand and corporate identity to um yeah come through this period yeah it's it's interesting that you say that because um my biggest two clients last year over the last couple of years they are on the total opposite end of the of the corporate ID entity Spectrum so the one brand is like super ecological um let's say green type of corporate identity and their product is more suited for winter periods as well so the winter Q4 is it's their season as well if you talk about seasonality so they're already scaling in let's say November until March or so um and they decided that they were not going to do

11:30Black Friday and every year they still like crush the results um and maybe maybe some people also appreciate that if they if they see that they are true to their corporate identity and that they don't do these these these crazy discounts just for the sake of you know consuming more but then at the same time that's also that kind of a strategy because then they know like okay this maybe will resonate with our target audience are are ideal customers because they think oh I like this brand because they are stick staying true to the corporate entity and then they were still scaling um and then on the other hand yeah go yeah go ahead goad yeah yeah I think that's most important and I think um this what what just talk about with Bob also was you need to stay true to your bread and and um if you're yeah I think if I'm looking at the consumer way and for example you want to buy this mouse for example and normally it's it's 100 EUR and now during Black Friday it's 50 and uh if if you want if you are a week too late it's 100 euros again yeah you you're feeling like a like CER and I I don't like it and then I will uh definitely buy another brand so and basically I think you have to think wise what you want to do and want to discount so yeah also I think with the expectations that you create because the other brand on the other hand they they were always so hungry for sales and um well not not not to anything bad about them it's just their strategy it worked because they became a eight figure brand as well um but they always at some point they just were

13:07addicted to discounting because if when they tried to uh remove the sale you know all the sales started to dry up except for those that were still in the pipeline and some remarketing but then afterwards on full price because people at some point just knew that oh this brand is always going to do discounts so I'm going to wait for them to do another discount and then that kind of hurt their brand in the long run and now they are in a downward spiral whereas on Black Friday they just have to do like 40 50% crazy offer uh otherwise there's just no SES so that's the other side of spectrum yeah so so I think you have your answer right there because um yeah what's the most um durable way to to run your business and and I think yeah if you discount once yeah then you have to do it over and over again just like you said and yeah people are expecting uh the the seale period and yeah that will H the the regular times and yeah I think yeah if I'm sing in the consumer shoes yeah I don't like that so if I run my business like that yeah that is not my style so basically I think yeah you need to stay through and you see which it it depends of of course in all industries of course but um yeah I think the most durable um um brands that are looking after their brands yeah they don't want to um Target only the The Bargain Hunts for example yeah you you like to have the the durable relationship with your customer that are coming back again if you have bought something once so Bally I think if you look at the the bigger picture the longer way yeah then I would

14:46suggest to to be a little bit easy on the on the discounts and maybe if you want to um yeah if you want to participate in the madness maybe you can enhance your offer with goodies or something like that or maybe some some maintenance contract or something like that to to um be a part of it but um yeah I I will be I suggest to to be a little bit easy on the on the uh discounts if you if you can yeah yeah yeah that that's also I mean if you see all your competitors doing it left right and Center then you sort of have to get on the hamster wheel otherwise it's just yeah you know you have to choose and if they are otherwise they're just going to grab uh because we have to be real like around Black Friday and Christmas people are simply just buying more and the conversion rates are higher even if you don't have an offer because people just have you know money in their hand buy ATT yeah yeah yeah buying attention exactly so yeah so basically so yeah then um yeah the question is do they buy um if you don't run an discount so if you have your branding in in in order yeah then they will the the Sals come in so so basically yeah yeah I I know yeah I know the struggle um but in this case I yeah I will be little bit easy on the discounting part yeah especially if if you're talking about margins because for us as Google ad specialist you know it's really nice when clients have these big big sales because our numbers are just going to go up and we see the dashboards and just refresh every day and it's it's a lot of fun in terms of f we don't have

16:25to deal with margin yeah but if you look at for example at the PO star for profit yeah you can see theing also but yeah then you yeah you are on thin eyes on that part so basically um just what Bob mentioned earlier you need to break of you need to calculate your break even rows with discounts um um very good because yeah you don't want to run red numbers or maybe if that's your strategy if all fine but yeah you need to know your number yeah for sure I think that's a very important aspect of this as a as a Google Ads consultant as well not just as a specialist but as a consultant to challenge your clients and get those numbers uh for them if they if they are not aware because yeah the worst thing that can happen is that you have a really good um sales amount in terms of Revenue but then you see the profit margins and then negative 10 negative 15% you're just running the business into the ground been there yeah we know this yeah so uh yeah let's say let's say you do run a Black Friday offer um crazy crazy discounts for it doesn't even have to be crazy discount but let's just say you run an offer for Black Friday for your clients what are some of the most important aspects to think about in terms of how to then use that to drive results with Google Ads yes basically um we like to start in time yeah what is in time I think we are now in end of September I think that's already a little bit late um so basically we we like to have conversations with our clients uh in

18:04October uh already and what we like to do is to see okay where do they stand uh on the old discounting part and the Q4 madness part and what is their proposition um against yeah what they want want to um reflect to the to the target audience in this case and basically uh if you ask the right questions that's the main part for us um yeah need we need to know um yeah what they want and which budget for example they they have available and what are the margins where we talk about and um yeah basically if we know that what what they want we can calculate um what what we want to do and do you want only defend your market share yeah then we can come up with strategy for that um we also like to know um what their inventory levels are for those product for example so we can see if we can create bundle product for example or something like that um that type of questions yeah I think that's most important to to make understand what your client wants in the end yeah and so quick question on that so do you have in your portfolio last couple of years and now are most clients coming to you and saying okay hey Ruben um we're going to be doing this offer on Black Friday or is it us usually that you have to chase them like hey come on you have to tell me now what are we going to do uh both in this case so basically the bigger clients of us um and the the most the international clients they have have

19:43thought about it as well uh of course within the management team of of company of course and basically um yeah we tried to discuss it in in in our Q4 meeting um so basically then they already know what they want to do and then we can see if it's equable or not and other clients said we need to chase um and yeah the first question is do you want to incorporate uh something in your strategy or not and yeah basically what we like to do is in in September we are emailing our clients so um we want to plan Q4 meeting and this and this and this is on the agenda you can think about it ahead and then we can go in uh the meeting repairs and then can we see from there yeah right so then um in terms of the actual Google Ads account um you know I think the most important thing of Black Friday if you want to drive results is is the offer that is usually one of the core things but if you if you zoom into the account what um yeah what things can you optimize or what things can you set up and prepare to make sure that you have the best possible results you know around that time yeah I think what most important is is to to know your numbers of course which um Break Even targets you have to achieve to to drive some profit in the end and basically if you know how low you can go um then you can prepare your campaign uh setup for it uh for example

21:21with uh no bit adjustment or something like that maybe you can set up um already some uh um ass groups or something like that in advance to make sure if you want to change your asset that um they are not a need to go in the approval phase and because you want to do it up front um so basically we use yeah Google Ads rules for that part U to make sure if you uh file the the new new AET group uh then they already approved when they are um switched on for example smart so basically what we try to do um yeah it's prepared account maybe it's it's containing to build up a new campaign for example a push campaign um yeah we like to add the new products in advance in in the product feet for this in this case so let's say you need at least two weeks ahead um before uh the the seal period is starting uh you need to file those products in your product feed for approval and you can work on it if they are not met um the requirements in this case and uh yeah and and you need the assets of course so basically what we try to do in in the meeting um in the Q4 meeting we try to to see which type of campaigns we want to run and which assets we need for example fual or Tex something like that yeah we we need to um collect it and implement it in in the TR so that are things we can do up front and also

23:01uh enhancing product sheets and something like that it's always um yeah smart to do up front yeah so um what would you say are some of the biggest mistakes that you've seen in accounts around Black Friday maybe it's the mistakes that brands have made maybe it's mistakes you've seen in audits from new accounts that to take over but generally speaking what are the biggest mistakes that Brands make with Google Ads around the Black Friday period oh that's a great question I think yeah so basically um I think you need to know your numbers and basically in some accounts what what we have seen uh they are went way too low uh with below the break even part and that cost the client a lot of money in this case and yeah I I think um you need to tailor your ads for the Black Friday period as so basically you want to incorporate uh all the ass in the in headings and uh descriptions and you want to incorporate uh Black Friday keywords in your adsets uh for example and that yeah I think um if you don't do that you are yeah losing uh in the end so I think that are uh the most obvious things to do uh but yeah some neglect it and basically yeah all the the base are need you have in place of course just like converting tracking remarketing tring it's it's very important of course but yeah that's that are the basics that need to be done always so yeah is there

24:40is there anything from for example last year that you tried or experimented with around Black Friday did you can remember that used to work really well back then um yeah maybe one example for example I had the client they sell smart uh thermostats for uh for the living room for example for for the heating and they he had one product and we created a Super Deal page with with a great price and something like that but from yeah one reason it it it didn't work um I don't know why it worked um because the price was great the deal was great uh the inventory was great and basically I think we are only uh we only relied for example in this case on on Max and I think that was the um uh the a part where we have um yeah could upgrade the setup with with for example stand shop campaign for the fallback maybe run up in additionally some some uh demand generation I think was not available yet in that period last year but um maybe um to focus on on one product and one campaign setup wasn't the best idea and I think you need to look at your whole strategy also with other channels of course how you can luk on the channel to um yeah to to yeah bring up your your offer in this case so bet yeah not focusing on one product um I think yeah that that's not the way to go yeah makes sense was that a full on performance Max with all assets feed only uh that was a

26:18full on in this case yeah yeah yeah yeah especially then like one year ago I think performance Max was not as welldeveloped as it might be as it might be right now so uh yeah that makes makes a lot of sense so I think it was a little bit um I think this one uh was related to the fact that we are of course being way too late to the party and we have to to um yeah shift gears in in the last week or something like that and yeah then you can you can't deploy the whole strategy of course so basically the yeah the the the main point of my story is start early yeah yeah yeah I think if I if I summarize if I have to summarize in three words well except for start early if I have to summarize in three words what you have said in this session so far is just know your numbers I think that is absolutely crucial when I hear when I hear you talk now because even when I asked about you know tactics and everything you just mentioned that yeah the first thing you just need to know your numbers otherwise it's just all going to be for nothing yeah of course and yeah that's yeah obviously of in most of the times the most um hard part to to get the right numbers from the clients because some client they doesn't don't know the numbers and yeah then you have to see how you can come up to it so yeah I think this also comes with seniority in as a Google ad specialist because you know when you're starting out you're so at least from my experience when I was starting out it was so only focused on you know in Google Ads and um I would get landing pages from the clients and

27:57then they would they would basically just tell me how how it was going to go and then I did my uh did my work but as you you know get better and more experience and also more understanding of of different businesses from inside out you start to realize how important those numbers really are and it's it's kind of boring maybe to some people to get that but it's super super important because then you can have really good conversations with your clients you know about profits and about how much they can actually grow and what's healthy for them and um from my experience also when you have those conversations they take you really seriously because it's often times things that they haven't even thought about themselves yeah yeah of course then you're more like a business consultant than you are a Google ad list so I think that's yeah the best part you can can go in this case and that's mainly I think of the the future of our um of our role as a gole ad specialist you need to understand the business of your client uh very deeply to to help them further and know where the struggles are and maybe you can see where where the gaps are and basically if all the campaign setups are automated and um and people using the same campaigns and people have roughly the same um profit margins yeah then you need to yeah know where you can Le yeah which part you can leverage to to to find your growth so yeah the better understanding uh I think the better relationship you will get with your yeah yeah for sure so um the last thing that I actually want to touch on is um

29:34something that I don't think gets spoken about a lot but for for a lot of people and I've I've experienced this myself for sure the period around Black Friday especially the week before can be really stressful I don't know if you also experienced the experienced that um that yeah let me actually just ask that first like have you have you experienced this old perod to be you know it can be really fun but it can also be really stressful can you uh recogize that yeah yeah of course yeah I I know when I was still at an N we worked for client who sells um yeah PlayStation Xboxes and and all the games there was a big retailer in Netherland and yeah they are really fixated on growth uh compared to the last year and basically we're just F yeah fiving the the dash each 10 minutes to to see what are the numbers are doing and and what are and that was still the per we had to manual um adjust all Targets and um and and for example on each product so basically that was a very heal time and I know when I was free and yeah sitting uh at couch at home yeah just fing all the evening and yeah it was pretty stressful and luckily we we break the the target so that was pretty cool but yeah that was back in the days that when Black Friday was from my experience a little bit more aggressive and yeah I think it's a little bit facing out a little bit right now and I think that is not a bad thing

31:13what happened yeah yeah for sure so around around that time you know when it can be when it can be quite stressful um do you have any recommendations for people because I I know for a fact that whenever I post something on LinkedIn like tips for preventing burnout is something that I've seen a lot in my um in my with people around me is that burnout is just yeah it's real and uh you know working with clients can be super stressful especially when the the expectations are so high like it is with Black Friday do you have any tips or or yeah or recommendations for people who might be you know suffering of um having this feeling like may be too too much to handle around that period what they can do to mitigate that yeah of course that's uh always um it it could be very stressful and I witnessed it uh back in the days also very much because you take everything very personally and um if something is not working out you you hope yeah you waste somebody's else's money so it could feel um yeah not very good let's say that so um but yeah I I think you need to uh out a little and uh what is what is happening and don't take it personally and um if you know if you have done your best for the client and in his best interest there best you can do and if it doesn't work out yet there's tomorrow is another day so um basically when I'm get that feeling I will um go outside I will take a walk

32:51with my dog and try to to to decompress a little and see okay okay if it's going not the right way we wanted um what's the the the worst thing in is happening and yeah yeah then I think tomorrow is another day I have another client that I can work for and if I know I've done my best I can I can't do more and if I know if I have uh have assets uh in this place yeah then I know I need to step up my game and then then yeah then it's on my part but if you know if you done everything what you can do you don't need stress and um yeah then back in day it's client not in the end of the day yeah for sure and I think you also learned this with time it's just I also took it so personally always in the beginning um and still still sometimes like It's tricky because you're as you said you're just spending money for other people um but I think the most important thing is just to not identify with the results that you're getting um also when it's going well like don't be for me I always set the rule like don't be too excited about it because if I'm super excited about when it's going well I'm also going to be super down when when it's not so you have to find the balance yeah yeah um yeah un lucky we can't um make sure that that people are click on the ads buy the products so um yeah there are so many factors uh yeah which causing uh yeah the the Improvement or the de climate of the

34:28campaign so yeah it's often Beyond uh beyond our control so um yeah try to not make it personal and um go with the flow I guess yeah absolutely um okay so Ruben um on Taskforce um last note so I know you've uh is it one year now I think we are now um yeah we officially a little bit longer I think one uh year three months right now yeah okay so it's crazy like for so um on one hand it feels like you're doing it much longer and on the other hand it feels still so fresh it's crazy yes it's pretty crazy so B yeah we know the the part that g was um stuck at his his last job at an other leading agency and yeah g is only still here from uh last January yeah and yeah January was not that long ago so that's probably why I think that is why because I already knew that you were doing this before and you told me that g was joining but it was still under the radar and then he joined officially from January onward so then it that's why I think it still feels still feels kind of fresh yeah basically yeah I think baren and I started in August with the the post that we are starting so I think one in he's more more than a year right now yeah very awesome um so what are your what are your goals and Ambitions for for Taskforce um from what you can share obviously I know that right now you are in a in a in a cool space with

36:06the with the team to discuss the the vision and the plans don't share anything that is still like not worth sharing that you can't share yet but just like your your personal Ambitions yeah I think the the guys went to the pup so they are not here anymore but but yeah we have of course we have goals and we work on our goals setting right now in this vacation home where are right now but um yeah what we like to do is we want only work for our clients that are we are yeah that we like to work for and basically in the end that's that's the yeah the goal yeah if we are in the revenue uh where we want to be I think we are there U somewhere half around next year yes and that we can be very selective on the people uh we working with so basically we have a very of team right now uh we are with 15 15 people right now wow and and it's pretty cool to work with those um yeah those senior specialist on the yeah on on the accounts where we can work for and if we can do cool stuff with cool people for cool clients yeah then we are very happy we don't want to be the biggest agency or the most um profitable agency of something that we just want to work on this cases in this case and if we can win the end Award with it that to be cool but um yeah we like to work with cool people with cool stuff and yeah B that's basically it and

37:44we are almost there and I think if we yeah in just six month we hoping to to get on the point where we can say okay we are right there and build some exclusive team um because um yeah if we can be a little bit more exclusive then we if some client um stops for some reason is is don't working out so we like to uh like we hope yeah if we can build and something on waiting list with with cool clients yeah that's the most uh thing yeah we like to to achieve and if we have that yeah then we are very happy and we like to do it as many years as we get as we could and we don't have an intention for Fe big and sell it because yeah we only work with frean st it's wor nothing so um so yeah basic yeah we like to to to be as long as as we could in in the business and to do cool stuff build uh build cool things for the community as well as you're doing because I know you've been documenting the the journey in your newsletter uh Building open agency right is still called that yeah yeah this was the the working title uh up front and we didn't come up with a better one so if you have any suggestions please let let me know sure but I think it's worth for everyone to to subscribe to that so where can people do that um buildingonline ac.com okay cool I will put that in the in the description as well um and I highly

39:21recommend to to read that can are you also uploading the previous issues on the website um yeah there's an archive so if you are subcribe to you you can um read all the the letters back so we are basically uh now at we just launched today the 50th uh the 50s one so basically we are only yeah almost uh a year round so yeah pretty cool to do you you was my your biggest inspiration this case with thec ad so thank you for that and yeah we like to to continue with because it's yeah function like our log book so we can look back from okay which week we did what we what what did we and where we standing um so yeah it's pretty cool yeah it's cool to share that with the with the world like building in public that way because then as you said you can read back but other people can also read back and that's why I think it's nice to subscribe if you're listening to this this podcast or watching on YouTube If you subscribe and you maybe you are also you know maybe you're working at an agency now or you want to go freelance or you are freelancer and you want to start an agency you can really see the things that you've you've you didn't share insights as in okay uh we're the gurus and this is how we're going to do it and this is going to be perfect and this is how you should do it no you shared openly your experiences and um and just said like okay this is what we're facing now uh this might be the name we just don't know exactly yet are we're struggling with this

40:57uh people clients I think you were really open in in that regard so it's just fun to read ah thank you for that and we try to be so transparent as we could um and and yeah of course we are still learning every day and that's why we also like to talk to other entrepreneurs or other AC owners to see how they build their business uh build their business and because we didn't build an Agy earlier so basically we don't know what to do and we're trying along the way and it's going pretty good but also yeah we we learning every day and yeah sure there are some uh things we could do done better in the end but yeah it's very cool to do and basically with two other guys that are highly involved it's pretty cool so yeah should recommend that yeah if your if your goal you can really notice that your your ultimate goal is just to um just have fun and build epic stuff with with cool people um and that just also shows in your output so it's uh yeah it's just fantastic um so where can people find you uh on LinkedIn anywhere else um yeah I think uh pretty um yeah I'm pretty active on LinkedIn uh of course and there I will sharing our um yeah our daily operations so you can find my name online um I think you it will pop up and basically on our website is Taskforce.
